What Is An Aromatherapy Inhaler?
These are sometimes called nasal inhalers, aromatherapy inhalers, or aroma sticks. They provide a convenient way to carry your calm with you. Get comfort knowing you have it with you should you find yourself feeling anxious or nervous. You can use it subtly to quickly help you feel calm.
We use Spikenard which is a powerful oil used for anxiety, nervous tummies or headaches. Another essential oil used is Sweet Marjoram which can calm the nervous system. Neroli is a premium essential oil and finally, we use Lavender. All these combined give you a quick calming effect on the go.
